Daniel WildgenDaniel Wildgen:

Our head coach is Daniel Wildgen. Rarely do you find a person with such a vast hands-on knowledge of home building and renovating with the ability to communicate that understanding. Not only does he have twenty-five years in the construction industry he also has training certifications from two of the most advanced training companies in North America: Development Dimensions International (DDI) and Peak Potentials.

Daniel loves helping people and knows that the first step in helping is understanding. Curiosity has served him well throughout his career. He asks many questions. He explores possibilities. This probing helps his clients as well, often revealing opportunities and possibilities they never considered but they welcome.

The original training Daniel received was in theatre. He is a natural entertainer with a BA in Theatre from the University of Ottawa. When he conducts his workshops and seminars he does so with a desire to entertain as well as teach.

Over the past few years he has been working with Coreland Developments, owned by his friend and colleague, Cliff Youdale. They have been working together to renovate century old homes (many that were destined for demolition) and making little gems out of them. As part of this partnership Daniel has learnt a great deal about where to put your money and where not to put it when restoring or renovating. He is more than willing to share these insights with his clients so they can avoid the mistakes many people make when trying to maximise their renovation dollar.

From design and project management to sub-trades and hands-on repairs Daniel has a depth of experience. He is a tremendous resource to have on your team. You will be informed and entertained when you attend workshops facilitated by him. His advice on your home renovation projects will be rewarding, financially and for your relationships. If you need an experienced, honest and hard working person to manage your projects you have one here. However you use him, Daniel is a great asset to have in your corner when facing the challenges of home renovations.
