Can Serve Foundation is a charitable Canadian organization. Its sole purpose is to support a home for girls. The home is called Sheela Bal Bhavan after its founders Sheela and Joti Bhatnagar.

It is a home in the true sense of the term. As such, Sheela Bal Bhavan raises its children under its care in a supportive and loving environment that takes into account the physical emotional and educational needs of the children. The home is guided in its day-to-day running by the philosophy outlined in its Mission Statement.

The home is located in Jaipur India and has been in existence since 1992. There are between 20 and 25 children living at Sheela Bal Bhavan at any time.
